Solid Stay in the Heart of It All
central location room upgrade
The location is excellent, placing me right in the center of the action. I found many restaurants nearby, ranging from casual pizza joints to upscale steakhouses. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, as the original air conditioning was not effective. Instead, they gave me a larger room.
The elevators were very slow. It took a long time to get to the room. Only one elevator served fifteen floors, resulting in long waits of around fifteen minutes.

The hotel sits within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway theaters. This provides great access to shows. Subways were also close, facilitating travel to different parts of the city. Numerous dining options exist nearby, providing plentiful choices.

I noticed many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, from pizzerias to high-end steak restaurants. An Italian restaurant sits directly across the street, offering an additional option. The options were great!!!

The staff seemed very accommodating, addressing issues with promptness. When the air conditioning in the original room failed, they immediately offered a room upgrade. Check-in and check-out were also quick and efficient.

rocking location easy access friendly staff
I must shout out that the location ROCKS. The subway is CLOSE. I also thought the friendly staff was super helpful when I wanted to store my bags before check-in. A GREAT perk!
The elevators were SLOW and I had to wait.

the location was really convenient for seeing shows and tourist places. the room include a tv, a small desk, and closet. the bed sheets was clean and fresh and i sleep well. the staff help me find close restaurants.
the elevator waits can be long during busy times. is not a big deal, but important to know.
